This is Shubalier, the organizer of the exhibition.

I would like to accept applications to participate in the exhibition starting today.

The deadline is set for the end of April, but it can be flexible and it may close early depending on the situation because there is limited space to place tables instead.

When you apply, please fill out the following information.

1. Distinguishing Participating Groups: Associated Groups (including Individuals) / Companies

2. A brief introduction to the participating teams

3. Name / Contact Info of the person in charge

4. Quantity of tables

5. Other oddities
